Hi there, I have managed to misread the manual and export a set of definition files in a 'read-only' lock state. I then imported these onto a server that is runnign as out live server and as such cannot modify any items in Admin as they are all marked as 'read-only'.
Is there a hack to switch this state? I realise I could export all form data, delete everything and re-import defs then data, but a) wanted to avoid this and b) when I try to delete the workflow I get the following "Message not in catalog -- message number = 2 (ARERR 2). Must be Application Server user to perform this operation (ARERR 4551)." Any ideas? Remedy 6.3 patch 18.
