I stand corrected then....I have never used that keyword...I simply suspected it had the same problem as the Group List in the user form.

Do a set fields of the $GROUPIDS$ keyword, you will find that they have taken care of that. Each Group ID is preceded and followed by a semi-colon. Even if it is the first, middle, last, or only ID in the list. Or, at least the last time I checked on 6.3. It could be different in a different version. Run If $ GROUPIDS$ LIKE "%" +";1234;" +"%" I'm sure the run process will work as well. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of L. Remedy added the setfield run process to allow for specific checking of a users membership in a group. L. J. This did not work... everyone who uses the Helpdesk got the Active Link enforced, hence every group got the restricted search option. I really don't want to do a 2 step process, setting up another field and writing data to it. Isn't there a Run-if Qual that just checks for permissions? There has to be something like (Users group = Group A) How does Remedy do it? On Fri, 22 Sep 2006 11:02:10 -0600, L. J.
