Actually, they kinda have been combined in ITSM 7. The Help Desk functionality has the ITSP look/feel.

We're running CSS 5.01 and also have ITSM 5.6 loaded. Our CSS "shared" forms have a SHARE prefix while ITSM have a SHR prefix. My understanding and experience is these applications were not yet integrated but the intention was to integrate them at some time. Since you are using an older version of ITSM, I doubt they are sharing many forms. CRAIG J. If so, would one just export all the forms and import all the non-shared forms and then build the shared ones from scratch? We're running CSS version 6, HD version 5, both on ARS 6.3 Solaris servers with Oracle 9i databases. Thanks!
