We are 100% home grown HelpDesk and change control, utilizing ARS 6, (looking at moving to ar7 Unicode some how), Oracle, Apache, and Linux.
We are looking for third party reporting options, we have so far looked at Crystal, Cognos, ARS Report Link, and are now considering Hyperion System 9 BI+ Interactive Reporting. Does anyone have any experience, opinions, comments, suggestions on 3rd party reporting tools for ad-hoc and developing canned reports? Thanks. John A.
