There is a small app called 'Permissions_Roles' written by one of their consultants I believe, that they give out in some of the ITSM 7 courses. It may also be part of 'Flight Deck' It does not really do anything and has a very simple interface. You just select what you want the person to have access to and it will show you what permissions to add.
