Look in the Developer Connection.  This may be there as a schema.  I think that was where we started and worked our way through the situation where we had a form to reset the NextID on our development server.  Made things much easier.  And this was in the day before Display Only forms (ARS 3.2.1)

Remedy had(has?) a tool to convert sql logfile schemaid's and fieldis to schemanames and fieldnames.
