Hello, has anyone experienced or have an idea on the following error
received during reindex process of Full Text Search using the hummingbird
product and ARS 7.x? Working with BMC/Remedy Tech support, but they don't
have a lot of experience with the new configuration of FTS and hummingbird.
Server: AIX, DB: Oracle, ARS 7.0.0
Error issued for each field and record that has FTS enabled.
390602 : Failed to complete full text operation (ARERR 657)
[Hummingbird][SearchServer]The document text reader list value is
invalid (FTSTATE 80975)
