I would think that would depend more on how much experience you have got behind you, and experience with what.. Most Remedy recruiting managers prefer consultants who can go a little beyond Remedy, so some of the key factors deciding your rate is your level of experience with integrating Remedy with 3rd party products using both middlewares as well as home grown prgograms using API's, your expereince with the web, with administering the underlying DB and OS, your comfort with using web services, LDAP, etc.. it all adds up..
