Has anyone else noticed that BMC has multiple listings of certain cities based on the spelling/language ? This applies mostly to the middle east.
Ex: Saudi Arabia Az-Zahran Az-Zahran (Dahran) Dahran > Az-Zahran Zahran I guess one would have to choose which spelling to use and then disable the others, as it would thoroughly confuse support staff. In addition, you have to select one for the 'Site Information' and since the site has to be unique you cannot have multiple sites with the same name but different spelling of city.
