I upgraded ARS 7.0 to 7.0.1 last saturday on solaris box with Oracle DB on a remote machine. I got the error at Stage 5 during forms import as none of the forms got imported, so I ran the installer again and every thing went fine except for business time forms as the installer looks for Business Times not "Time". I had to import the business time forms manually. Now every thing looks fine.
Are you instaling it on a new box or doing the upgrading from an older version? Did you try running the installer again?
