How to reset ARAdmin password to DB

**   I apologize if this is too simple a question.  I have already searched the archives on ARSList with no luck and the Remedy knowledge base provided no answers either.   I have recently replaced my dev DB server and need to reset the ARAdmin password between the applications and the DB.   ARS 6.3 on Windows 2003.
