Frank, I have to do this action via macro because this macro is called by a DDE capable telephone component that reacts on incoming phone calls. Background of all is that we implement a CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) interface.
The User Tool provides a DDE server with RunMacro DDE function as one and only possibility to establish a DDE connection. Does any of you Listers have experience in implementing an CTI interface?
