Hi Igor, Check that his email address is populated on the User form. If the filter notification mechanism is User Default or Cross Reference, then it gets the value from the User form.

His loginID (from SUBMITTER field) not being translated to his email address form his Profile, it's just his loginID. About 10 people get notified by the same filter from AST form. Never had problems. His Profile (SHR:People) looks OK. Any ideas how to fix it? We do not have BMC Support at this time.
