Requirements: • Strong to expert knowledge of and experience with implementation and management of configuration management and security baselines • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices • Knowledge of CIS, NIST and / or USGCB security baselines • Managing and creating Group Policy Object • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • In-depth knowledge of Windows server 2008 and 2012 as well as Workstation configuration / troubleshooting for Windows 7, Internet Protocols, baselines and registry troubleshooting • Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook/Exchange • Knowledge of change and Configuration Management (CMDB), change, service request and asset management.
