We do surveys here by sending the customer with a url that has the survey entry ID. This url basically goes to a redirect page that reformats the url with the survey ID and logs them into mid-tier as a guest user. The gust user is the owner of the ticket and we the submitter fields locked. This gets around the users not wanting to login. The fields on the survey have permissions set to submitter so only the fields with this permission get modified. This guest user can only do a certain number of very strict things. So the only abuse is if the customer give the email to someone else.

Hi,
I need to have voting option (Buttons for Approved / Rejected) while sending mails from Remedy. Is it possible to have? If yes, can you please tell how it can be done? Thanks & Regards,
Sashi
