1) As per the user requirement we can delete the survey which is configured from the following forms but we should be carefull while deleting the contant it will not effect any anonther surey configured. SRM:ConfigSurveyQuestions
2) SRM:ConfigSurveyQuestions_DisplayProp From here you can delete the survey. And coming to second question,When you click on the view buttom we will see 4 questions and in manage question it will not reflect but from manage questions we can arrange the questions in sequence.
