Hello Claire,

I am considering scenario, where you have five different people already in
your list.

1) Create Approval Chain and attach Service Level process to it.
2) Create Approval Mapping for same Service Level process and SRD.
    a) If approvers should trigger at the same level then create Approval
Mapping at 0 level for 5 different users.
    b) If approvers should trigger one after another then create Approval
Mapping at consecutive level for 5 different users.
3) Attach this chain to your SRD.

Please let us know if this fulfils your requirement.
