Hello ARListers, I am getting the following error whenever I try to create a ticket in Smart IT.
You must enter the "Operational Categorization" and "Product Categorization" before submitting this request (ARERR 1213121) It is an AR System User error, so I cannot see it nay of the logs. I am thinking I am missing something in configurations...
