Hi , Help link is not working for incident management in production and test environments and its working fine for all other modules. Below is the error we are facing.
[image: Inline image 1] We have checked the web.xml.file , the listings parameter value is true in test environment and false in production but its not working for both. Please suggest is there any other solution.
