This doesn’t sound like what we’re getting but we’re not using change management yet (I’ll have a look for the duplicate filter tomorrow though).
We can see duplicates in Smart IT due to there being duplicates in MongoDB – the duplicates are not there in the work info forms. I got a hotfix today for testing and am told it’s fixed in 2.6. I don’t recall the name but there were two filters with the same name, just that one ended with “`!” otherwise they were identical. We kept the one with those characters since using that trick to get it to fire immediately seemed like a very intentional thing, whereas the normal Filter was probably an original version.
