Need some awesome advice from you guys please. We are running AR System
8.1.02 with ITSM 8.1

What we are finding, is that when a user is working on a ticket, they will
sometimes get this error message:



Requested record is locked by another user, please retry. (ARERR 566)



We have turned on filter logging to try and find the code that is doing
this and havent been able to locate it.


Any advice on this error or where we can disable this error as it is
causing more problems and irritation than is worth.
