Hi I'm receiving the following error while running report in Midtier.
Remedy 8.1.02
Tomcat 7
Java 1.8.0_40
8.1.SP02 Patch 001 201509110150 Hotfix
This issue is happening only in one Midtier Servers.
An exception occurred during processing. Please see the following message for
details: The driver com.bmc.arsys.oda.runtime's initial entry point cannot be
found or cannot be instantiated. Unable to load or instantiate the custom ODA
driver class. Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
com.bmc.arsys.oda.runtime.impl.ARDriver
In the Tomcat Logs:
SEVERE: Cannot get ODA data source driver
helper.org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.oda.consumer.helper.OdaHelperException:
Unable to load or instantiate the custom ODA driver class.
