Hello, I can't open filters in developer studio v7.6. I am getting error 'Unable to retrieve filters. The SQL database operation failed'. Attached is the screenshot. The error occurs when I connect to remedy 9 server but works fine with 7.6. Do I need to upgrade developer studio? If yes, to what version?
