All, My last contract literally dropped after the first of the year due to a shocking budget cut. If the rate is right I am happy to travel, I am also very good at working remote and staying on task when doing so. I am proficient in Remedy all the way to 9.1 of course and ITSM/CMDB all the way to 9.1. I am also proficient with ADDM and Analytics (SAP and Analytics bolt on.)
