I had the same issue after upgrading. Check SYS:Notification Messages for Offline records

After the upgrade we began to receive complaints from our users (not all) that they were no longer receiving notifications from Remedy. These seem to be Group Notifications that are affected. I have on support group that has 4 members. All Group Notifications that are triggered by ITSM are only being sent to 1 member of the group. I tried removing the individuals from the group. No luck. I verified that all are set up for email notifications. Anybody ever run into a similar issue? I've not been able to find anything on Support Central that has been helpful.
