There is a role called CMDB RE User with Group ID -1. But as for our application is concerned CMDB part is not being used and the users who are assigned with this group ID -1 are not CMDB system users (like , AR Escalator). We can notice some around 20+ users are been assigned with Group ID -1 in the form. @Durga , We do not have such unassigned Licenses.
