Hi Claire, The only time I've seen this is when the FTS index didn't complete because it was taking too long to run. BMC gave us a fix for the FTS indexing and the problem was solved. You can test by disabling FTS and try your search again. If your search works with FTS disabled you can be reasonably sure that's the problem. Hope this helps
