Please could you suggest on how to design the Service Impact modelling in CMDB with a couple of servers X,Y in CMDB. Please suggest for the needful steps to achieve it as we need to provide a POC to the customer for the same. The requirement is that Service impact model between CMDB <-> BPPM should work as required and any outage to these servers can be traced in BPPM and can proceed further. Early response will be highly appreciated.
