ITSM 8.1 sp2. Yes she still shows up as a Change Coordinator and a Request Assignee on Work Orders. She has been completely deleted from the system yet still shows up.

What version of ITSM are you running I am thinking it must an older one if Change has an Assignee and not a Change Coordinator. Even if you delete a person they will still show up in existing changes or incidents etc. They should not show up in the drop down select any more. After that is when I sat to Delete then actually removed the People and User record. Yet it still shows up ;) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Terri ARS 8.1.02 ITSM 8.1.02 Midtier 8.1.02 Windows 2008 MS SQL 2008 R2 SP2 From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf Of Robert Soto Sent: Wednesday, March 30, 2016 11:05 AM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG<mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG> Subject: Re: Mystery People record ** Terri, I have run into this problem in the past. If not, then check the the FunctionalRole form (can't recall the name offhand) for their name/login and clean up any records found. I’ve deleted a person using People record which in turn deleted her User record. She no longer exists. However, when I select a support group she still shows up as a member. Yet when I look at that group/members she isn’t there. Also, she only shows up on CRQs and Work Order groups, not Incident. I’ve checked all of the backend forms that I can think of to find the ghost record, however, I cannot find it. Banging head on the wall at this point. Where should I be looking that I haven’t thought of?
