Check the Company and/or Global Process Flow Configuration and Approval Process Configuration. There may be data restrictions/requirements that will need to be changed when the Class/Change Timing are changed.

Dropped back to Draft from Scheduled, then tried to go Emergency and got the same warning message. I know that the approval workflow may go nuts if you start changing dependent fields past the draft status. ON save (modify) the Class gets set back to Normal and the user gets the following message ARWARN45538 This change request has been updated since it was opened and will be refreshed. Now if a user creates a Change with the Class as Emergency, that works fine. I have run the logs and been through all the workflow but can’t seem to find why this occurs. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
