Bruce, we are using Remedy ARS 8.1. 3 Mid-tier servers.
Apart from that we got a Business Objects 4.1 SP5 server on which we installed another mid-tier (the installer wouldn't allow you to install the viewer only anymore). In the end, we just want users to print. And we got all the .rpt templates already in our Reports form in Remedy so it would be nice to be able to use them. When I go into the reports directory that is located under the mid-tier install dir on the Business Objects server I see our .rpt arrive there when we try to print using the Mid-Tier server w/o Business Objects on it... But in the end it just doesn't work. Failed to process the request!! Adding Crystal Report "PrintIncident.rpt" failed. No authentication credentials were provided to the FRS. We checked our config for -disablelegacyclients as the doc suggests but it looks perfect.
