Let's get down to business. There are two positions open. Business Process Reengineer - SME The BPR requires a combined minimum 3 years of Cognos and Remedy development experience. BMC Remedy experience requires a minimum of 3 years of experience Creating and modifying Remedy workflows Using Remedy User Tool required Creating Remedy screens Developing using BMC ITSM Suite 7.6 or higher components, in particular Asset Management and Change Management. Congnos experience requires a minimum of 3 years of experience Data modeling for Cognos Reporting Schema SQL Server or equivalent Cognos front end development Deployment of Cognos assets into higher environment Writing Cognos deployment instructions. Bachelor Degree in science or technology is required. Clearance: must be able to obtain clearance for one of the DHS components. Senior Remedy Specialist - SME BMC Remedy experience requires a minimum of 10 years of experience Creating and modifying Remedy workflows Using Remedy User Tool required Creating Remedy screens Developing using BMC ITSM Suite 7.6 or higher components, in particular Asset Management and Change Management. The SME role can help facilitate Remedy 9 upgrade. A good understanding of Remedy data including CMDB, and know how to retrieve the data and build necessary queries. Bachelor Degree in science or technology is required. Master Degree is preferred. Clearance: must be able to obtain clearance for one of the DHS components.
