Hi , Is anyone aware , why there is a restriction on opening a TMS:Task in new mode?. I could see there is an active link(TMS:SHR:PreventDirectCreate) which Closes the Window when we try to open a form in New Mode.
There are few things happenings as I noticed. 1> Ideally there should have been a Warning message in prompt bar "Message [45105] This form cannot be opened in new mode." But same is not displayed to the User. 2> Sometimes User has been routed to Landing Console or Request Entry Console though there is no Home Page set in AR System User Preferences form 3> Weird thing is most of the Users are being sent back to Login Page of Remedy. We are in ARS 8.1 and ITSM 7.6.04. Please let me know if you come across with any answer.
