for desktop, we are migrating to windows 10 from win 7 - and the user tool installs and runs in compatibility mode. We have users that won't get off it. (But they know if there is an issue, they must use the web). I have installed ARS 7.5P4 Production which will be upgraded to 8.1.02 them to 9.x. Client against 9 has not been tested.
