Chances are there is workflow that verifies either a field is not blank. Turn 
on filter logging in the client and repeat the task you are performing. Chances 
are the logs will lead you to the issue.

Hi all,

Your help please, each time I try to creating a relationship in Incident 
Management (Remedy 7.6.04), appears ARRERR 307 Required field can not be blank 
message.

I reviewed the users and they had not error, so I checked the fields and there 
are not required fields in blank.

What can I do to resolve the issue?
