We have experienced the same thing when upgrading from 8.1.02 to 9.1.03 for 
auditing on our AST forms.  The auditing works on submit but subsequent 
modifications to the asset record produce no additional audit log records.  We 
currently have a ticket open with BMC on the issue with no resolution thus far.

Subject: 913 Audit forms not working properly

 

Hi and Happy Holidays to all you listers

 

We just upgraded to 913 from 812. On 913 we have found that data is not writing 
to our audit forms as expected. The Original Request ID, User and Action fields 
are not be populated and causing errors.

 

Has anyone else had this issue and have a solution?
