Since you are on 8.1.2 you can always query the form  “AR System Metadata: 
actlink_macro” for what is in the system.
ShortText + LongText should give you the actual macro.
Using the actlink ID against the “AR System Metadata: actlink” form will give 
you which Active Links they exist in.

Personally if there are not too many I think it might be better to recreate 
what they are doing instead of converting.

Okay, so circling back to something very old here… We have been asked to pull a 
list of all macros continued in the Active Links. Problem is that we are using 
version 812. Is there any easy way to get a list of all the  macros from a DEF 
file? Also, does anyone have a copy of Remedy 5 or 6 admin tool that has the 
Macro conversion utility or know of a third party application that can do the 
job?
