I did install the licensing first. I think I'm to the point where I
need to wipe my dev server clean and start over :-(

I did you install the Incident Management Application License prior to
installing Incident? Also Incident installs workflow used by Problem.

Subject: ITSM 7 - Installation Oddity

**

Hi Listers!

So I loaded ARS 7.01, approval server, assignment engine and CMDB 2.0x.
So far so good right? Well, I installed Incident management; the
folders were created but the forms don't show up in AR Admin, nor can I
access any of the functionality via the user tool. So I removed the
folder, registry keys, etc and did a reinstall. Again, it appeared to
function just fine but again, no components were accessible...

I have since installed Problem and Change management without any issues.

I reviewed the incident management installation logs and everything
looks fine...there are no errors; installation completed successfully.

Can somebody tell me what I missed? Why doesn't Incident management
work and how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Eli
