Frank,

Looks like they missed extracting icu.tar, xalan.tar and xerces.tar.  These
libraries need to be extracted from the installer tarball and then extracted
to the bin and api/lib directories for the server.  The icu.tar also needs
to be extracted to the root of the email engine.
