Hi ARSListers, If I were subscribed from my personal email account rather than my work account, I would probably make a tongue-in-cheek observation about BMC perpetrating a CDS attack (Centralized Denial of Service, did you get that OK, NSA?) upon their customers by apparently not leasing enough bandwidth.
However, I'm not so subscribed, therefore I won't make any such observation.
