Hi John, The User Tool itself does not require any code changes specifically for the DST event occurring in 2007. Since you are already using disparate versions of the product together, I would not expect any additional issues to arise if you choose not to upgrade your user tool to a later version. However, to find a "definitive answer", you should test your configuration within a development environment and determine how this event affects you specifically.
