FYI - it seems the user tool when configuring the ARDBC BaseDn parm to the config file is incorrect :)

This is the amount of time that arserver will waiti for a plugin to respond. The default is 60 seconds. I cannot really tell from the log if this is part of the problem. But worth a shot.
