I'm trying to figure out the best way to do a scheduled data import into remedy. We have a file that we get every week that contains a list of our network users and I need to automate getting that data into remedy. We are using 6.3 with MS SQL on the back end. Would it be easiest to schedule a sql job to import that data? I'm not used to getting user data this way. I've always had access to everything from AD so I just used Vendor forms to get it. Just looking for some advice.
