Dear Listers I have done the SSSO with Netpoint, Midtier, IIS & ARS 7.0.1 that is working fine. I can give some direction to anyone who is planning or in the process of doing it.
My next task is to do the SSSO for the Remedy Windows user Tool. Can anyone shed some light in this area. Has anyone already implemented it? Your response is appreciated!!!
