ARS 7.0.1 ITSM 7 I added a new Permission Group to the Group form. However, when I try to add a Person to the new Group from the CTM:People record (Login/Access Details tab), it doesn't appear.
I backtracked the menu that lists available groups to the following form: LIC:SYS-License Permission Map. Can't figure out, though, how Groups get added to the form. Doesn't seem like a good idea to add it myself, since when I open this form I get: The data within this form is system data. Modification of this data is not recommended as it is used in conjunction with workflow that grants User permissions and licenses. (ARWARN 5060001) Thoughts?
