My apologies,I forgot about HCA....you are correct, I do remember a position last year being posted with HCA. Being that "Fair Market Value" is a relative term, one could argue that employer's are unwilling to pay "fair market value" for the services they receive. In my opinion, 120K for an experienced Remedy Developer does not exceed fair market value, especially when your employer is the largest private provider of health care services in the world. "You get what you pay for". :)
