** Jamie,

Which sample code did you reference? The latest samples can be found in
the 7.0.01 White Paper regarding SSO and client-side intercept technology:

** That is is sad, sad, pathetic little remark..

DAVE, Is there ANYTHING that can be done about this..

Customer's arise and Flood there Email system.. with requests to have
this done..
and the ticket system too..

BMC should support SSO, they discuss it in their BMC slides at the RUG
and yet they create a shell and do not fill it.. Kinda like promising an
Oreo cookie with no filling... and then stating, well I don't know what kind
of flavoring your envioment likes..

I know I have asked for this for a long time..

However.. here you have an engineer working on the side (and He needs a
Raise) making applications work for BMC.. and it does..
YET they say it is not supported, and they say it won't work with the next
version..
I think BMC should STAND UP !
and give an SSO or SSSO solution from the Client and from the Mid-tier..
on MOST of there compatible listed configurations..

I really don't like this much.. may I say..
And as much money the Gov gives them .. Millions, they cannot do this ?

"quote" They acknowledge that the SSO sample code does not
function with Mid-Tier 7.0.01 and they also advise that the code is not
supported, but is maintained on a "time-permitting" basis."unquote"
