OK, I found where the America_NewYork.js file is (on the mid tier server
under program files\AR
System\Mid-Tier\Resources\Standard\javascript\timezone.

Now I'm just wondering where I need to update the path to point to this
file.

Thanks!

I'm a newbie (just warning ya!) :)

I'm getting this error as well. Where can I find the America_NewYork.js
file and where would I change the setting to point to this .js file
rather than the America_Atikokan.js file?

Thanks!

Do you know if you opened a ticket on supportweb for this?

The solution should probably be to have a default in the Mid-Tier config
for timezone instead of using America_Atikokan.js

Yes - we had this problem while we tested the patch 20 install. We
troubleshot it to a missing timezone file. I don't know why this was
occurring, but we determined that the js was looking for
America_Atikokan.js in \resources\standard\javascript\timezone...and
the file wasn't there. We created the js file by copying the
America_NewYork.js file and it solved the problem.

Hope this helps.
