Here is something I use here:  

Create an active link that runs at level 1000 on the Window Close event.
The al runs SET-CHANGE-FLAG 0. 

For each form which I want to always clear the change flag when closing
the form, I add to this one active link.

Dan, Mary,

 

Have you guys tried using the Run Process action to clear flags before
issuing the logout? It might fix your problem even if it is some kind of
bug that dirties the flag on your new patches...

We have the same exact problem - except it started for us with Patch 20
(ARS 6.3 Patch 20, Mid-Tier Patch 20).  We didn't have the problem on
Patch 14.
