**

I am having the same problem. I am on patch 20 though. I did notice
that I only get the error when I login to the midtier using IE. If I
use firefox, I don't get the error....

Thanks,

Lisa

We also have the same problem and we jumped from 6.03 P16 to P21.

I did check and I'm even checking one more time.

But the problem did not happen until I applied Mid-Tier patch 21 we were
on patch 5 before so it was a big jump/

Are you super duper sure you do not have a hidden field that is
populating with some data. If so, you will need to check the "Disable
Change Flag" checkbox on the field.

I'm sure this is not the problem, but just checking.....

Ok Control we do have a problem here :-(

When logged into the Mid-Tier and going into the Remedy Support, Remedy
Requester or Remedy Management and clicking on the logout button I keep
getting this popup window.

Confirm Save Request - Web Page Dialog

Your changes have not been saved or sent Do you really want to close the
window?

The only thing that was done is to logon to the Mid-tier and opened the
Remedy Support page.

So since Remedy thinks every user is making a change when they logon
it's sucking up all of the floating user license and this is causing as
you can see.

I should also note this did not happen until I applied patch 21 on the
Mid-tier..
